The experience of going to a dealer for anything is foreign to me. But in my case, I jad to go and trust the Casa Ford service center. I was assigned to Irvin Salas as my service mgr. He was very up front about the procedure necessary for the replacement of the APIM module/processor for the infotainment. After several weeks of leaving the car, they replaced the APIM and managed to reprogram, etc., and fixed to my total satisfaction.
