Braden Tidwell, was a great salesman, who didn’t push us, but worked with us to get the car we wanted. I was also very pleased with the financial manager Aaron Driedger, who was extremely understanding and honest with us. My wife being a veteran and myself in the Army, I really appreciated their willing to help us as well as thorough explanation of the entire process. I personally would recommend that all military personnel especially those with soldiers looking to purchase their first vehicle.

I called several days before to get an approximate value on my car, he not only was on top of that, but he worked with our salesman Rich on the sale of our new vehicle. These two men went above and beyond what you normally find in this modern age!! REAL SERVICE BY MEN THAT ACTUALLY CARED about all questions that my wife and I asked!! ★★★★★As someone who lives in Albuquerque but has bought his last five cars outside of Albuquerque, I have experience working remotely with dealers to purchase a vehicle. Some dealers are great at it and others are completely inept. I'm happy to report that Casa Hyundai in Las Cruces was one of my overall positive experiences. My salesman Omar took me seriously from the get-go and provided all requested information quickly and without fuss. Sometimes you'll run into a dealer that treats all out-of-city buyers as tire kickers and that's always frustrating, but Omar treated me as if I was in the showroom with him, even though everything was done via phone/text/email. I was looking to purchase a very specific vehicle: 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid in one of the two matte paint options. I was simultaneously talking to four dealers: Colorado Springs (Phil Long), Peoria AZ, Farmington NM (Horace), and Las Cruces NM. Out of all four, Casa Hyundai gave me more for my trade-in than anyone else which went a long way towards making my decision. I was a cash buyer, so they also waived the doc fees which helped. One thing I don't like is they still impose non-negotiable add-ons like etching. Casa, it isn't 2021 anymore. Covid is over, cut that out. The next day I drove down to Las Cruces and purchasing the car took about an hour. Longer than I would have liked, there was a lot of waiting around waiting for different departments (i.e. finance) to become available. But overall the process was easy and they didn't try to sell me on extended warranties which I appreciated. The answer is always no, but we weren't forced to do the song & dance. One thing for cash buyers that they didn't tell me: it takes them 3 weeks to clear your personal check before mailing you the MSO so you can register the vehicle. If you're paying cash, just save everyone time/headache and bring a cashier's check. If Omar had told me this, it's what I would have done. I don't like waiting around for 3 weeks to register the car, but maybe that's just a personal preference. Overall, great experience and would buy another vehicle from Casa Hyundai and Omar.

★★★★★I had done a review previously but I feel the need to add since we had somethings come up after the initial purchase. Again, the buying process all went very smooth. Our salesman, Angel, was very helpful and did his absolute best to get us the best deal possible on our new vehicle. Because of all he did, we were able to walk away with a brand new vehicle. However, an issue came up after the fact. Before they were able to send the payoff for our trade in, a payment came out of our account because it was an automatic withdrawal. When I called to find out how we would get out money back, since that vehicle was no longer ours, and just to see what was going to happen the person I spoke to in finance was very rude. At one point I called him out on his attitude towards me and told him that I didn't appreciate his sarcasm. He laughed it off and said "oh you think I'm being sarcastic? Well it's a good thing this call is being recorded." I could not believe how rude he was and called back the following day. At that point I spoke with Soraya. Dealing with her was a completely different experience. She was very nice and understood my frustration and concern about the payment. She made sure that the payoff went out immediately. I received word from the bank that the payoff had been received, but the amount sent was different from the amount quoted in our paperwork. I called and spoke with Soraya again, but before I could get her all the information she had gone home for the day. I then spoke with Patrick at Honda and informed him of the situation. He assured me that we would get our money back. Although it was a long and scary process, they did everything they could to help us, with the exception of the first person I spoke with. I also want to say that Linda was a great help. She made sure to give all my messages to the right people and made sure I got a call back throughout thus whole ordeal. She went above and beyond. All in all, our issue was resolved and we are happy with our new vehicle. The reason for the 5 stars, even though we had an issue, is because of those that went above and beyond to right any wrong that had occurred. They could have easily dismissed our issue or put it on the back burner, but they didn't. They made sure everything was fixed, and I appreciate that. This could have very easily been a 1 star review, and almost was, but because of they're efforts and understanding they turned it around.

Jason went above and beyond taking my car in right away even though he was very busy with other customers. He got the truck fixed ASAP and got me back out on the road. The work was done very well and I had no further issues. Jason and the service crew went above and beyond providing me with storage for my gear and even helped me out with a loaner vehicle so I could get around while I waited for the truck. Everyone was super helpful at Casa Ford and I am extremely appreciative.
